How do I register?

How do I change my password?

Login to your mail account & make use of the “Change Password” facility available in it.

Why doesn't my password work?

Considering the security factor, the passwords are intentionally kept case – sensitive Hence, the user should be very careful at time of registration of E-Mail ID.

Can my Influx Email ID  have a "@" sign in it?

Considering the technical limitations, making use of special characters other than a hyphen & an underscore would not be permissible.

Why should I have an underscore in my user name?

It is not essential to have an underscore in your username. Ideally, an involvement of the said character comes handy as no Mail Server permits making use of spaces between your usernames.

Why has my INFLUX
 mail account been locked / disabled?


During, the process of migration from the older look to fresh new look, we at INFLUX
 agree, that certain E-Mail ID’s have become inaccessible due to technical limitations & we owe sincere apologies to our customers. Such said problems of mailboxes becoming inaccessible would be rectified at the earliest, so that the inconvenience caused to the end customer remains minimal.  

How do I generate back up of my mails?

A backup of your sensitive mail data is already well – guarded on the INFLUX
I Mail server, which help you to access you mail data at any given point of time. You can also make use of the facility of configuring your INFLUX
I Mail ID onto your email client such as “Microsoft Outlook” or “Outlook Express”, wherein you can either completely download the messages from the mail server, or you can only download a copy of the mail leaving the original message on the server. 

My messages or contacts have been deleted?

This usually happens if the user manually accidentally happens to delete his mailbox or his address book. To avoid such a situation you can also make use of the facility of configuring your INFLUX

How do I switch between multiple INFLUX
 web mail accounts?


Whenever, the user logs into his mail account, the user’s default INFLUX
I mail ID is visible in the top right corner of the mail portal. To switch between two different E-Mail ID’s the user has to manually click & select the other E-Mail ID, which is configured in his INFLUX
I mailbox.

Storage Capacity

What is the maximum size limit of an attachment?

Ideally, the maximum size of attachment allowed would be 5 MB. 

How much is the storage capacity that I receive with INFLUX
 Web mail?


The storage capacity of the INFLUX Mail ID is, as it comes with a size of 1GB.

Do I have to pay for the extra storage capacity?

Yes. There will be a charge for enhancing the capacity.
