Q. What is the procedure of getting EPin ?

Ans :For getting epin you need to send the request. Click on Epin icon.type your password for epin module. Click on send request icon. select the type of epin,type the number of epin you want in qty field .Click on calculate amount button , type the amount to be paid. select the mode of payment. Click on submit button. Your request is completed and details of epin request are displayed to you. Note down the details for your future references.

Q. How can I know the status of my Epin ?

Ans : Click on Epin icon ,type password for epin module. Click on view request icon. Type your e pin request number or Click on view all to view status of all epins.Click on individual request number to get the detail status of your  Epin.

Q. How can I change my personal details ?

Ans : Click on My Profile icon. Click on edit button to update the details like date of birth, address, contact number etc.Click on save button to make the changes permanent.

Ans : Click on My mailbox icon. Mailbox page will appear. Click on inbox button to view all received mails. Click on subject link to view the message in details.
